Sweat Proof Long lasting Makeup Products!!

So it's the summer, and it's blazing hot during day and night. I have found the perfect combination of products that will help your makeup stay on all day and all night until you decide to take it off. I have tried this combination twice by wearing them to clubs, and let me tell you...my make up didn't move one bit.

Urban Decay De Slick Spray

This oil control makeup setting spray is amazing. If you have combination to oily skin, this spray will work magic for you. Spray De Slick on your face prior and after you put on your makeup and it will make it last all day and night. It's MAGIC!!!

MAC Prep+Prime Transparent Finishing Power

I use this power to set my foundation, and it makes my foundation last longer and it also makes my face stay matte for hours.

Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua

This is Chanel's newest foundation, and it is perfect for the summer.  The texture of this foundation is smooth and light...it feels like putting on water. However, this foundation is not light coverage but medium coverage. I absolutly love this foundation because it is so long lasting and easy to blend.

MAC Lip Liner

The trick to a long lasting lipstick is using a lip liner prior to putting on lipstick. You will need to line your lips and also fill in your lips with the liner. The liner helps the lipstick to stay on longer and also make the color more vibrant.

MAC Select Cover Up

I like using this product as a concealer, and it is so long lasting that after you apply the product you have to work with it very quickly before it sets. Once this concealer sets, it won't move at all.

Tarte Gel Eyeliner + MAC Eyeshadow in Carbon

This combo will give you the best long lasting black eyeliner ever!! First apply the Gel liner and then set it with MAC's carbon. Very water proof and will not give you the racoon eyes at the end of the night :)

Urban Decay Primer Potion

This product is the BEST eye shadow primer of all time!!! The best!!! If you don't believe me, then go ahead and try other ones...

Maybelline Water Proof Mascara

 I love using this Mascara. It's very water proof and just get the job done. Very cheap also...

Ms. Emma Watson is on the cover of the July 2011 Issue of US Vogue. Not only does she look stunning, but she also looks more mature. Her makeup is captivating....I just love the daring dark berry lips and strong eyeliner...very Hollywood and screams out Glamour. I loved her when she had long hair...loves her even more now that she decided to chop it all off to a pixie cut. Thinking about creating this look on myself when I go out on Saturday...enjoy!

My First Haul Post!!

I went to the mall to find something to wear...I ended up buying a whole lot of things except for something to wear...typical me. Well I am super happy with everything I bought, but my wallet wasn't though :)

Sam Edelman Lorissa Black Suede Black Studs
When I saw these in Nordstrom I literally lost my mind...I have been searching for them for the longest time and I just had to have them! I wasn't sure if I wanted them in nude or black. I picked black but I am tempted to go back and get the nude ones also... it's a sickness I know!!! They are sooooo edgy and sexy!

Sephora Colorista Pallete
Pretty cool concept...pallete within a pallete. I don't usually purchase Sephora brand makeup but I am willing to give it a try. I am thinking about doing a review on this pallete in a future post.

Illamasqua Cream Pigment (Dab)
Youtube Gurus rave about this product so I had to get it and try it. The pigmentation on this product is amazing, but I haven't quite figured out on how I want to use it. Maybe as an eyeshadow base?!

Steve Madden Troopa Boots (Black)
These babies are bad ass. I need a good pair of boots to wear with leggings, floral skirts or skinny jeans. A concert must have!

MAC Fluidline (Dipdown)
I loved MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack...but I have been wearing black winged liner for so long I really just needed a change. I decided to go with a brown liner to tone down the intensity of the black....a more everyday liner.

MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil (Stubborn Brown)
Just a brown eyeliner for the upper lashline. Same great formula...once it sets, it will not move until you remove it with makeup remover.

MAC Lip Pencil (Cherry)
Simple red lip pencil for my loud lipsticks. Texture is very creamy...can be worn alone with just some gloss on top.

Chanel Le Crayon Khol (Clair)
I literally went crazy searching for a skin tone eye liner....I went everywhere looking for something like this and no luck until I went to Chanel...for $30.00 I dare say I would buy it again when it's gone. I usually line my water line with a white pencil to make my eyes appear bigger, but for an everyday look a concealer shade eye liner just look more natural. LOVE IT!!!
