Summer Series: Blushing Beauties

Having the perfect glow on your face represents overall health and beauty. Here are some of my favorites blushes for the summer. Alot of pinks, corals and a little surprise in the end...

MAC Sheer Tone Blushes (Peachykeen)

This blush is a pinkie coral color. Very sheer but loaded with alot of fine gold glitters. I just love the color because it pretty much goes with every look. Not long wearing.


Tarte Amazonian Clay Long-Wear Blush (Blissful)

This has to be my favorite blush of the summer! Hands down to Tarte Cosmetics for coming out with this product. This blush is the perfect matte coral color. Although it is matte, when you put it on the skin, it gives the skin a healthy sheen. Very long wearing...It will last all day!!! It's crazy!!!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Long-Wearing Blush (Exposed)

Same great formula as Blissful. However, I love this color because it is so unique but perfect for the summer. This blush is a pinkish bronze color. It's like putting on blush and bronzer at the same time. Super long wearing and pigmented!!! This is a must have!!!

Benefit Coralista

You can never go wrong with Benefit's box powders. The packaging is so fun, and Coralista is the perfect coral color. It gives the skin a very pretty sheen and highlights at the same time. The only thing I don't like about this blush is it's color payoff. It is much lighter on the skin then it looks sitting in the box. Not at all long wearing.

NYX Blush (Pinched)

Gorgeous coral color with minimum fine gold glitters. The color payoff for this blush is better then Benefit's Coralista. It can be long lasting if applied correctly, and it is very affordable. I bought my from Ulta for $6.00.

Nars Blush (Desire)

This is such a fun barbie pink color (a bit darker on the skin then you think). It is super pigmented and super long wearing. However, be very careful when applying this blush because it is so pigmented you might over apply the blush and end up looking like a clown. Try tap off the brush to remove extra products before applying the blush to your face and build up on it if needed. This blush is amazing but a bit pricey. Around $26.00. YIKES!!!

Stila Custom Color Blush

What an interesting product. This blush will show up differently on each individual because the color will react to the person's PH Level. For me the color came out powdery pink...just a bit darker then the picture above. Still a very long wearing fun pretty color for the summer. It lightens the face up and gives a healthy glow.
